Cookie Dough Bites

Cookies N’ Milk raw cookie dough bites! Perfect pre-workout treat.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup oat flour

1/2 cup coconut flour

3 tbs melted coconut oil

3 tbs maple syrup (or honey)

1/4 cup no sugar added chocolate chunks

1/4-1/2 cup milk of choice

1 tsp vanilla

Procedure:

  1. Combine the oat and coconut flour together in a bowl.

  2. Add the melted coconut oil, vanilla, and sweetener.

  3. Slowly add in the milk, a little at a time. Only add enough milk to make the dough workable.

  4. Add in the chocolate chunks.

  5. Shape them into balls and place them in the fridge to snack on throughout the day.

Store the bites in an airtight container in the fridge.
