Pistachio & Rose Energy Bites

These are perfect to have as a pre-workout snack and takes 5 minutes to make! all you need is a food processor.

Ingredients:

1 cup unsalted pistachios (measured without shells)

1/4 cup coconut flour

1/2 cup dates (soaked and pitted)

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp rose water

1 tbs honey

Procedure:

  1. Add the pistachio into a food processor and pulse until it turns into a flour like consistency.

  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend well.

  3. Shape into balls and refrigerate.

Note: Keep it stored in an airtight container in the fridge to last longer.
