Refined Sugar Free Salted Caramel Popcorn

Healthy salted caramel popcorn πŸ˜πŸ‚

Ingredients:

80g popped popcorn (1 big bowl)

1/4 cup almond butter 

3 tablespoons maple syrup 

2 tablespoons coconut oil 

Method: 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees

  2. In a metal pot, melt the wet ingredients on low fire until it becomes a uniform liquid 

  3. Coat the popcorn in the sauce completely 

  4. Bake it in the oven for 10 mins (as shown in second picture) flipping the popcorn over halfway through to cook both sides πŸ˜‰Enjoy!
