Spinach Salad

Ingredients:
100g (3¾ oz) flaked almonds
1 (500g) bag spinach, torn
125g (4¼ oz) dried cranberries
Dressing
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
100g (3¾ oz) date sugar
1 dessertspoon minced onion
1/4 teaspoon paprika
4 tablespoons white vinegar
4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
8 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Procedure:
In a medium saucepan, pour some olive oil over medium heat. Add almonds and stir in until lightly toasted. Remove from heat and let cool.
In a large bowl, combine the spinach with the toasted almonds and cranberries.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the sesame seeds, poppy seeds, date sugar, onion, paprika, white vinegar, cider vinegar and oil. Toss with spinach just before serving😋
