Shrimp Taco Bowl

Shrimp Taco Bowl ๐ŸŒฎ ๐Ÿค with a cilantro-lime dressing. You can make this recipe with some tortillas instead of the bowl. 

Recipe: (Serves up to 2)

For the shrimps: 

2 tbs olive oil 

1 tsp paprika 

1/4 tsp turmeric 

1/4 tsp all spice 

200 g shrimps 

Half a lemon squeezed

Procedure:

1. Mix all the ingredients into a bowl, add the shrimps to it and coat well with your hands. Let it sit for 10 minutes to marinate. 

2. Cook on medium-high heat for 2 minutes then flip for another minute. 

For the dressing: 

1 cup cilantro 

1 lime (squeezed)

3/4 cup olive oil 

2 tbs apple cider vinegar

1 clove garlic 

Sprinkle of salt

1 jalapeรฑo-optional (seeds removed)

1. Blend everything in a small food processor. 

For the bowl:

cauliflower rice (see older recipe posted on our page) or sub brown rice 

A handful of kale

1/4 cup corn 

1/2 an avocado 

1/2 cup of water

1. Place the kale and water in a pot on medium heat. Steam for a few minutes then drain with cold water. 

2. Start the bowl with cauliflower rice (you can sub any rice/quinoa).

3. Add the avocado and corn. 

4. Add the shrimps and serve with the cilantro-lime dressing.  Feel free to mix it up with the bowl toppings! Enjoy ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹
