Avocado Hummus

This is a great staple recipe to have in the fridge. You can top off your bowls with it, or you can use it as a spread in sandwiches.

Ingredients:

2 avocados

1 can chickpeas

1 lemon (squeezed)

1/4 tsp gr. cumin

1.5 tbs tahini

2 tbs cilantro

Salt&Pepper to taste

Procedure:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor, and mix well.
