Oven baked Sea Bass
This is one of the easiest things we ever made, and it tastes so good!
Ingredients:
1 clove garlic (minced)
Squeeze of half a lemon
4 tbs olive oil
Handful of coriander
1 tsp rosemary/thyme (optional)
Half a lemon sliced
Salt & Pepper *you can add spinach or asparagus to the foil base with the fish, but I didn’t have any*
Procedure:
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a shallow bowl.
2. Place your sea bass fillet in the bowl and cover it with the marinade.
3. Place in fridge for around 30 minutes, or when you are ready to cook it.
4. Preheat oven to 220 deg C.
5. Place foil on a baking pan (enough to cover the surface area of the fish, plus more to fold)
6. Place fish in foil, and top it off with the sliced lemon. Fold the foil to enclose the fish.
7. Bake for 12 minutes, or until the fish is opaque.
8. Serve with a side of greens or roasted potatoes, and enjoy😍.
Note: we served it with a broccoli salad we got already cut from Whole Foods (cucumber, broccoli, sesame seeds) with a very simple lemon olive oil dressing.
