Green Smoothie Bowl

The easiest green smoothie bowl!

Ingredients:

Handful of spinach 

Water/coconut water 

1/2 cup frozen pineapple 

1/2 cup frozen mangos 

1/3 cup frozen bananas 

Toppings of choice 

Procedure:

1. Blend the spinach with a little water. 

2. Add in the fruits and blend well. Add water if needed.

3. Top it off with your choice of toppings. 

Note: not all the fruits have to be frozen. You can easily change it up based on what you have ready. What I find the easiest is to freeze each serving in a ziplock bag beforehand.
