Peanut Butter Pancakes (Keto Friendly)

Simple and easy to make.. with a secret ingredient. You can sub the peanut butter with nut butter of choice πŸ™ŒπŸΎ

Ingredients:

1 cup almond flour 

1/4 tsp baking powder

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract 

1/4 cup peanut butter (you can add 1/3 if you want it extra peanut butter-y)

1/4 cup sparkling water or more depending on how runny you like it (it makes it so fluffy and thick) 

2 tbs sweetener of choice (we used maple syrup but it’s not keto) 

Procedure:

1. Mix the almond flour with the baking powder in a bowl. 

2. Add the peanut butter,sweetener, vanilla, egg, and lastly the sparkling water and mix well. Do not over mix it. If needed, as a bit more water. 

3. Heat up a pan with spray oil or coconut oil and cook the pancakes πŸ™ŒπŸΎ
