Bircher Muesli

The Swiss/German equivalent of overnight oats. This creamy, satiating breakfast will keep you full for hours and tastes incredible! 

Recipe: 

1/3 cup muesli mix (we used Alpen)

3 tbsp greek Yogurt

1/2 cup milk of choice

Dash of cinnamon

1/2 an apple chopped

1/2 a banana sliced 

1 tsp lemon juice

2 tsp maple syrup

Extra pumpkin seeds or raisins (optional)

Grated coconut (optional)

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together and leave in the fridge overnight

Add extra milk in the morning if you want it to be runny
