Buttermilk Pancakes

An easy healthy take on classic buttermilk pancakes!

Ingredients:

1 c + 2 tbsp (135g) all-purpose flour (measured correctly)

1 tsp (3g) baking soda

½ tsp (2g) baking powder

¼ tsp (2g) salt

½ tbsp (7g) unsalted butter, melted

1 large egg

1 ½ tsp (8mL) vanilla extract

½ c (120mL) low-fat milk

1 tsp (5mL) pure maple syrup (I used this agave syrup instead) 

¼ c (60g) plain nonfat Greek yogurt

Procedure:

  1. Mix everything together in a bowl and cook on a skillet on medium heat.

2. Top with berries and more agave/maple syrup!😋
