Hazelnut Energy Bites
This is a perfect pre-workout treat to give you energy!
Recipe:
1 cup hazelnuts
12 medjool dates
3 tbs cocoa powder
Procedure:
1. Blend everything together in a food processor.
2. Roll the mixture into balls. You can coat them with coconut flakes, chia seeds, or cocoa powder
3. Place them in the fridge to harden and enjoy!
