Pistachio Cookies

They are so easy to make🙌 of course it’s refined sugar free and flourless too😍 All we did was alter our cookies recipe (in an earlier post)

Recipe: 

3/4 cup almond meal

1 cup ground pistachio

3 tbs maple syrup 

3 tbs melted coconut oil

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup no sugar added chocolate or raw dark chocolate 

1 tsp vanilla

A dash of milk of choice (optional)

Procedure:

1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees

2. Mix all of the ingredients together except the chocolate (add a dash of milk if it was too dry)

3. Shape the cookies onto a nonstick pan

4. Bake for 15 minutes

5. Melt the chocolate in the microwave at 20 second intervals, and drizzle it on top of the cookies once its done.
