You can add this to Pancakes, Oatmeal, and smoothie bowls. It also goes well with our walnut date loaf recipe. Even though it’s refined sugar free, it is still a sugary recipe and shouldn’t be overly consumed.
Recipe:
2 tbs coconut oil
4 tbs maple syrup
3 tbs coconut sugar
2 tbs almond butter
Directions:
1. Melt the coconut oil with the maple syrup on medium heat.
2. Reduce to low heat and add the rest of the ingredients, whisking well.
3. Whisk it while letting it simmer for 5 minutes, or until the sugar is dissolved.
