Refined Sugar Free Oat Pancakes

This is my go-to pancake recipe. It is very easy and quick to do in the mornings, and it keeps me full until lunch time.

Serving Size: 6 Pancakes

Ingredients:

1.5 Cups oat flour *

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

1 egg

1 cup milk of choice

I/2 tsp vanilla

2 tbs honey or maple syrup.

Procedure:

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together in a medium bowl.

  2. Mix the wet ingredients together in a separate bowl.

  3. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and mix. Do not over mix it so it will remain fluffy. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes.

  4. Cook on a skillet and enjoy!

*You can just blend oats to resemble flour if not available.
