This is a review of Body By Simone ‘s dance cardio class at the London branch of the studio. BBS has lots of celebrity fans that attend including VS Angels.
The class is structured into two parts: cardio and toning. The cardio part consisted of non stop dance movements incorporating squats, lunges, jumping jacks, starfish, and other moves. The toning part consisted of an arms and core workout.
It is good for all levels. (I don’t normally do dance classes and I was able to keep up)
Verdict:
I wasn’t a huge fan of the genre of music that was played, and I’m not sure if it differs depending on the instructor.
It’s a great cardio workout for those looking to burn calories in a fun way since you don’t really feel the time passing.
