They offer a few classes at KXU throughout the week. I ended up trying the burn class and I loved it! It was very challenging. It’s by far the best barre class I have tried in London so far, and it left me feeling sore the next day (which is a good thing!!)
The class was a combination of traditional barre with some dynamic pilates movements and cardio. For example we did exercises combining burpees with pliés. If you are a newbie to barre, paola’s body barre also offers a more traditional barre class with less cardio. The only negative from the class was that it was over crowded, so there wasn’t a lot of space to move around the barre. KXU has an amazing facility, so it made it more enjoyable. I picked up a juice from their cafe after the class 😋 I’m looking forward to trying KXU’s own classes too.
