BURN50 is essentially the Circuit Plus bootcamp/OTF of Marbella.
The class is divided into 1/2 cardio and 1/2 strength training, and we use heart rate monitors to track our effort. It’s important to note that the only cardio machine is a treadmill (I recently suffered a knee injury, and treadmills make my knees hurt even more)
Pros: clean facility and equipment, helpful staff, clear instructions, good for a quick 50 min workout that tackles both strength and cardio. They also have many classes throughout the day so it’s convenient to squeeze in a workout there.
Cons: I didn’t find the workout to be very challenging, and kept feeling like I wanted to push myself more (but my heart rate would go into the red zone when I was supposed to be at green and I’d get yelled at), exercises are basic, I didn’t like the music and the room has disco-type lighting which is distracting
