Circuit Plus Bootcamp: New Location
It’s finally here! The new branch of @cpbootcamp located at Dasman Diabetes Institute (Sharq) is officially open.
I went today for the grand opening and it was a killer workout. The facility is amazing too😍. It’s spacious, has an amazing view, and a very modern feel with a healthy juice bar. The event itself was really fun and there was a coffee stand, hair braiding, and salads and cookies from @pick_kuwait and @wholehearted_kuwait .
If you are not familiar with Circuit Plus Bootcamp classes, they are formatted similar to Barry’s Bootcamp. The workout starts with a warm up, then it is broken into four rounds. There are two sweat rounds, which involve cardio machines such as the true-form, assault bike, rower, and SKI ERG, and two floor rounds. Depending on the day, the workout targets different muscles. The muscle group schedule usually follow this:
Upper Body (Sundays)
Full Body (Monday's)
Abs (Tuesday’s)
Full Body (Wednesday’s)
Lower Body (Thursday’s)
Partner Workouts (Saturday’s)
