Zaatar Crackers
Zaatar Crackers with only 4 ingredients! You can have them with hummus, guac, or some labnah.
Ingredients:
1 cup quinoa flour
1 tsp coconut oil (melted)
6 tbs warm water
2 tbs zaatar powder
1/4 tsp salt
Procedure:
1. Whisk the quinoa flour with salt.
2. Form a well and pour the water and coconut oil into it.
3. Mix it all together.
4. Add the zaatar and mix well.
5. Pour some quinoa flour on a baking sheet (or silicon mat if you have one) and roll out the dough. Cut it into squares with a pizza cutter or sharp knife * and press a fork in the center of each square.
6. Bake for 30 minutes. The edges will be browner than the center. If you would like it to be uniform, take out the edge prices and continue baking until golden brown. *Note: I didn’t have a pizza cutter, so I used a knife. The edges after they were cooked were not neatly cut.
