Cake Batter Protein Bites

We made these at our last cooking class and they were a huge hit, so here’s the recipe for you to try😋

Ingredients:

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut shreds
1 cup pitted dates

1 cup unsalted cashews

pinch of sea salt

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 scoop vanilla Whey protein

2 1/2 tablespoon rainbow sprinkles (can replace with more coconut for a completely RSF version)

Procedure:

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor.

  2. Blend until uniform and then roll into 2 inch balls - Refrigerate and enjoy!
