Workout Review: Psycle (London)

Psycle is a traditional spinning studio. It follows rhythm riding, similar to Soul Cycle.

We tried out two instructors, both were good and the classes were relatively challenging. The studio was nice and clean and there was also a smoothie bar for post workout😍
