As requested by our followers, here’s our review for @orangetheoryfitnesskw, which I used to go to occasionally in the past.
The class generally consists of 30 mins cardio on either a treadmill or a rowing machine, and 30 mins of strength training (but it can be different depending on the day). The things I liked about OTF are that they have themed days which are fun for members, and they display demonstrations of the strength moves on a screen so that helps you remember the moves and have the right form. They also have many classes throughout the day including Friday. I didn’t like that they make you use treadmills as they’re proven to be very harsh on joints if used excessively.
